Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Switch, Amex & Delta. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, snail mail or over the Internet separately if you wish.
Prices are valid as at date of ordering. Subsequent price changes will be confirmed with the customer prior to payment.
Shipping and Handling Orders are generally shipped on the day of order, or next day. (Mon-Fri) either by City Link or Parcel Force to UK mainland addresses.
If you live outside the UK Mainland, we will confirm the delivery rate by return, choosing the best carrier for your area - we will not profit on the International P & P".
Delivery Schedule We aim to deliver your order right away. We will endeavour to send your order to you in one business day. .
Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges All prices on this website are inclusive of VAT at 17.5%.
For orders placed where VAT is not applicable, the excess amount will be reimbursed back to the credit card used for payment at the time of shipping.
Credit Card Security All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.
Guarantee All New & Ex-Demo goods are supplied with a full 12 months Warranty from us. All secondhand goods are covered by a 6 month Warranty.
If your purchase fails in some way within this period you may return it to us and we will repair or replace it.
The above guarantee does not cover physical damage, damage caused by fire, liquid immersion or spillage.
All guarantees are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer

Returns Policy If you receive any item that is different to that which you ordered, please contact us within 7 days from receipt. When we receive the product back, we will contact you & offer you the correct product or a full refund within 10 working days. This does not affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
If you receive any product that is damaged or faulty, please contact us. When we receive the item back, we will either offer you a full refund or a replacement product within 10 working days.
You have the right to cancel your order in writing within 8 days of receipt. Your refund will be made within 30 days of written cancellation. Goods should be returned to us at your expense, we reserve the right to make a deduction from any refund to allow for the cost of collecting the goods.
